Had a new mini split unit installed last week and it took longer than expected as some of the unknowns were discovered during the install (behind walls, etc).
Kim and the work crew were very professional and detail oriented as the job did not finish until 8:00pm on Friday evening.
When they left the job site, all items were put back in place, the area cleaned, the new unit running with full explanation of the remotes, use & care, and PM's expected .
